We started The Workflow because the AI hype was killing us.
Every week, a new model launch. Every day, a new tool promising to replace marketers, designers, humanity. Every hour, a new LinkedIn post telling you that if you weren’t vibecoding your own SaaS, you were already behind.
Our first issue declared war on AI FOMO: this newsletter is for people who want to use AI to work smarter, not for the sake of using AI.

The noise has 70X-ed.
Claude Opus 4.6. Claude Sonnet 4.6. Claude Code. Gemini 3.1 Pro. Grok 4.20. GPT-5.4. Llama 4. Claude Opus 4.7. Claude Design. Claude Cowork. ChatGPT 5-5.
Product releases are faster than anyone can possibly adopt them. Social media is drowning in AI slop. For the first time, there is more supply than demand, both for products and for content.
So what did we do to keep this newsletter from disappearing into the content slop?

We’re taking a short break to sharpen our newsletter format.
When we come back in June: more solo issues, where we share the workflows running behind Sara’s advisory work, behind Diandra’s agency, and behind our own content systems. More guests too: CMOs, builders, and tons of smart people doing the lord’s work without getting the visibility they deserve.
The Workflow is free for now. Considering the time we both put into it, we’re exploring ways to keep it sustainable, through the right sponsors and, eventually, a paid tier. Some readers have already chosen to pay before we made it mandatory, and those are the people who will lock in the best price we’ll ever offer.
Dig into the archive while we’re gone. The beauty of strategy over hype is that no matter how fast models change, the logic behind these workflows holds.
